The first batch of construction has a monthly production capacity of 2000 8-inch chips, and will expand to an annual production capacity of 480000 8-inch epitaxial wafers and chips in the future;

Suzhou Sco Semiconductor, a joint venture with Ideal Automobile, has produced the first batch of self-developed and self-made SiC power modules from Ideal on February 13, 2025, achieving vertical integration from material end to vehicle application and creating closed-loop capabilities for the automotive market.
