1、 Project Overview
The Huaide Station Integrated Light Storage and Charging Smart Station Project of Changzhou Metro Line 2 is located in the ground area of No. 42 Huaide Middle Road, Zhonglou District, Changzhou City. It fully utilizes the surrounding space of the subway station to create a smart microgrid station integrating photovoltaic power generation, energy storage system, and charging piles, achieving efficient utilization and circular management of energy
Photovoltaic power generation: 120kW photovoltaic panels are installed on the roof and in the station space to provide clean power support for the operation of the station.
All vanadium flow energy storage system: using 128kW/896kWh all vanadium flow batteries, the energy storage time can reach 7 hours, with high safety, long life and large capacity characteristics, which can smooth out photovoltaic power generation fluctuations and ensure stable power supply during peak charging demand periods.

Smart Charging Network: Supporting the construction of 20 smart charging piles, linked with energy storage systems, prioritizing the use of photovoltaic power generation and surplus energy storage to charge new energy vehicles, reducing the load pressure on the power grid, solving the charging problem of residents in old towns, and promoting the popularization of green travel.
2、 Demonstration leadership and large-scale promotion
The Meimiao Energy Storage Huaide Station Integrated Light Storage and Charging Smart Station is expected to be completed in December 2025 and put into operation in 2026. After the completion of the project, it will provide a replicable model for the comprehensive energy management of urban rail transit stations, and is planned to be promoted to the Yangtze River Delta region in the future. In the future, Meimiao Energy Storage will continue to increase its research and development investment in the field of energy storage technology, promote the application and expansion of the all vanadium liquid flow energy storage system in user side scenarios such as residential areas, commercial complexes, computing power centers, and high-rise building basements, and contribute to the construction of a new type of power system.
