During the conference, the Golmud Municipal Government actively promoted the implementation of cooperation and signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Shandong Haihua to jointly develop local high-quality vanadium mines and new energy industries, providing favorable policy and resource conditions for the deepening cooperation between Shandong Haihua and liquid flow energy storage technology. As a partner dedicated to the research and application of all vanadium flow battery technology, Flow Energy Storage Technology has partnered with Shandong Haihua to build two electrolyte production lines with an annual output of 60000m ³. Based on this, relying on the platform of the Youth Fair, both parties will further strengthen the layout of vanadium mines to ensure stable supply of electrolytes.  

In the future, liquid flow energy storage technology will share development opportunities with partners such as Shandong Haihua Group to jointly create a more resilient and competitive all vanadium liquid flow battery industry chain, and promote high-quality development of the new energy industry through mutual benefit and win-win cooperation.

According to the data, in August 2022, Liquid Flow Energy Storage Company and Shandong Haihua Chlor Alkali Resin Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Shandong Haihua, jointly established Shandong Liquid Flow Sea Material Technology Co., Ltd., dedicated to the research and development, production, and sales of energy storage electrolytes.

According to information released by the "Golmud Industrial Park" in Qinghai, in April 2025, a delegation from Shandong Haihua Group and Liquid Flow Energy Storage Technology Co., Ltd. visited the park to exchange and discuss ways to accelerate the implementation of the entire liquid flow battery industry chain project and cooperation in the fluorine chemical industry project. They also conducted on-site research and investigation at the Daganggou Vanadium Mine, accompanied by Hu Wenjuan, Executive Deputy Director of the Management Committee.

On June 24th, Sun Lingbo, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Shandong Haihua Group Co., Ltd., and Wang Bo, Chairman of Liquid Flow Energy Storage Technology Co., Ltd., held a discussion and exchange at the Third Geological Exploration Institute of Qinghai Province (hereinafter referred to as the Institute). The two sides had in-depth negotiations on deepening practical cooperation.

At the beginning of the discussion, Xue Wanwen, Vice President of the Third Geological Survey Institute (in charge of the work), warmly welcomed the arrival of Sun Lingbo and Chairman Wang Bo, and introduced the basic situation of the Third Geological Survey Institute. He mentioned that in recent years, the Three Exploration Institutes have achieved excellent results in geological and mineral exploration, geophysical exploration, ecological and urban geology, big data development, and other fields. He hopes that through communication and exchange between the two sides, further cooperation can be achieved to achieve mutual benefit and win-win results.

Chairman Sun Lingbo stated that the purpose of this visit is to establish closer ties with the Third Geological Exploration Institute and carry out in-depth cooperation in the fields of geological and mineral exploration and development, as well as geophysical exploration. He believes that the complementary advantages of both sides will generate strong synergies and bring new opportunities for their development. During the discussion, both parties had in-depth discussions on specific matters related to cooperation and reached important consensus on subsequent strategic cooperation.
