This lifting operation faced challenges such as large equipment volume, high self weight, and limited on-site working space. To ensure smooth completion, the project department collaborated with equipment manufacturers, civil engineering, and lifting units to repeatedly survey the site, develop special plans, and backfill and repair the roads. The project team strictly controls the quality and progress throughout the entire process, and completes the supervision and pre acceptance of the equipment before leaving the factory, ensuring that the entire process from foundation construction to hoisting and positioning is precise, stable, and controllable.
The project leader introduced that the main building of the project has been fully capped. With the successful installation of the first batch of core equipment, the entire project will officially enter the peak period of equipment installation. It is expected to start trial production by the end of the year and achieve production and efficiency by June 2026.
The Huantai Zhuo Vanadium High Purity Vanadium Project has a total investment of 520 million yuan and will be completed in two phases. The first phase will produce 3000 tons of high-purity vanadium oxide raw materials annually, including facilities such as raw material warehouses, refining workshops, and calcination workshops, with a high degree of production automation. The second phase will produce 20000 cubic meters of vanadium electrolyte annually, mainly constructing electrolyte preparation workshops and finished product warehouses. After the project is put into operation, it is expected to achieve an annual output value of 500 million yuan and a profit and tax of approximately 66 million yuan.
Huantai Zhuo Vanadium produces electronic grade high-purity vanadium with extremely low impurity content, making it an ideal raw material for high-performance vanadium electrolytes. After the completion of this project, it will effectively fill the gap in key materials for vanadium battery energy storage in Qingyang area, meet the market demand of multiple surrounding provinces and cities, and inject sustainable development momentum into the manufacturing of energy storage equipment and the upstream and downstream industrial chain.
The 3rd Vanadium Raw Materials, Electrolytes, and Vanadium Battery Energy Storage Forum 2025 will be held in Xi'an on August 21-22.
