   The project is located in the Economic Development Zone of Fengning Manchu Autonomous County, Chengde City, and was completed by the subsidiary of the group, Super Vanadium Energy Storage Investment. The project includes a raw material prefabrication workshop, a stack assembly workshop, an energy storage system integration testing workshop, and a finished product warehouse. It is the first (set) intelligent automated assembly production line for all vanadium flow batteries in Hebei Province and is listed as a key construction project in Chengde City in 2024.

   As an important new energy storage and emerging industry that creates new international advantages in China, all vanadium flow batteries play an important role in maintaining the safety and stability of the power grid, building ecological civilization, driving the development of related industries, stimulating domestic demand growth, and promoting high-quality economic and social development. The Fengning 1GWh (4h) all vanadium flow battery production line project takes automation, continuity, and high efficiency as the main directions of modern all vanadium flow battery production. It vigorously introduces the most advanced production equipment in China, builds modern workshops with complete facilities, and promotes the rapid and healthy development of all vanadium flow batteries in China in the new era through advanced all vanadium flow battery manufacturing technology and equipment.

   As the main product of this project, the all vanadium flow battery and its energy storage system have the characteristics of high safety, high energy storage limit and controllability, high power, high efficiency, long service life, fast response speed, environmental friendliness, and convenient installation. The product is mainly used in large-scale, long-term energy storage scenarios, including smart grids, communication base stations, remote area power supply, renewable energy, peak shaving and valley filling, grid peak shaving, emergency power generation devices, etc.

   It is reported that the project has an annual production capacity of 1GWh (4h) all vanadium flow batteries, and at full capacity, it will drive the annual consumption of 10000 tons of vanadium pentoxide in Chengde City. With the successful launch of the product at the beginning of the year, this project plays an important role in promoting the economic transformation and upgrading of Chengde City, developing new quality productivity according to local conditions, consolidating the foundation of the province's vanadium flow battery industry, and promoting the transformation of the national energy structure.
